It is illegal in New South Wales to hold koala’s. We also do not allow patting. You can get a photo standing next to the koala’s at the end of our shows. Show times can be found on our website.
You have the option to book our function room (subject to availability) which is undercover. The picnic area is not under cover. Bring poncho’s and umbrella’s. The park remains open and all shows as usual in wet weather.

The room holds 25 people comfortably. If your group is larger we can allocate some of our deck and café to suit your needs.
We supply tablecloths.
You can order children the meal deals. You can also order from our café.
If you bring in your own food we do not supply cutlery, cups, napkins etc.
We can store your cake in our fridge if required. We do not store any other food or drinks if bringing your own. We also don’t allow use of our oven or microwave.
All guests must check in at our gate and will be ticked off the guest list you provide. The staff will advise the guests where to meet accordingly.
We are open from 9 am and close at 5pm. The time you wish to start and finish your party is up to you.
Please advise the gate staff and your payment will be adjusted accordingly.
The private tour is with a Zoo Keeper and lasts for 1.5 hours. The maximim size for a group is 30 people. The Keeper takes the group around the park and interacts with the animals outside of our shows. So, for example you will get your own Koala Show.
